About La Caza

LA CAZA was my first project as a film director and screenwriter. It explores the deep internal moral debate of a mother, who will have to decide how far she is willing to go in order to save her most loved one from a life of suffering. For this project, I also wrote the short film’s original music, did the film editing and sound design and collaborated in the sound post-production.

The short film has earned 36 Official Selections, and was the winner of “Cortos en Femenino 2020”, got Special Jury Mention at Promofest's “Short of The Year”, won “Best Actress” at the “Festival Luna de Cortos” (Spain) and "Best Foreign Short Film" at Effetto Cinema Film Festival (Italy).
